What we collect

When you send an order request: the name, email, phone and delivery address you enter, a company name if you add one, any notes, and the items in your basket.

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include.

If you accept analytics cookies: information about how you use the site, such as pages visited and the device you use. See our cookie notice.

Why we use it

To reply to your order request, quote for delivery, take payment, arrange and make the delivery, and deal with returns and questions. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing that contract.

To keep records we're required to keep by law, such as for tax. To understand which parts of the site are useful, where you've agreed to analytics.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the shop: website hosting (Cloudflare), customer records and email (Zoho), and our card payment provider when you pay. Whoever delivers your order gets only what's needed to do it: name, address, phone and any access notes.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for other companies' marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records: 6 years. Messages and order requests that don't go ahead: 6 years. Photos you send us: 6 years.

Your rights

You're entitled to a copy of your data, and can ask us to fix mistakes, erase it, stop or limit how we use it, or move it elsewhere. Email info@onlinefencing.co.uk.
