How delivery works
Fence timber is long and sleepers are heavy, so the cost of getting an order to you depends on where you are and what's in it. That's why we price delivery for each order.

Send your order
Add your timber to the basket, then give us your name, contact details and delivery address.

We price delivery
We work out delivery for your postcode and the size of your order, and send you a quote.
- 03
You decide
If you're happy, we arrange payment and a delivery day with you. If not, there's nothing to pay.
Help us price it accurately
Use the notes box at checkout for anything that affects unloading: a narrow lane, a low bridge, parking restrictions, a steep drive or a shared access road.
Anything 3m or longer needs space to unload, such as a clear stretch of road edge or drive. Timber is unloaded at the roadside or the nearest suitable point a vehicle can reach.
Where we can quote
Anywhere on the UK mainland can send an order. For the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, send your order as normal and we'll tell you what's possible.
Questions
Is there a delivery charge if I don't go ahead?
No. Sending an order costs nothing, and no payment is taken until you've seen the delivery price.
Can I pick a delivery day?
Yes, once your order is confirmed we agree the day with you. A delivery day is a day, not a set time.
Do I need to be in?
Not always. Tell us where the timber can be left safely and we'll go by that where it's possible.
